 Even a re-orphaned child who has died will be eligible for the benefit of this scheme regardless of the income limit.  (A) The benefit of this scheme will also be available to the destitute child even if one parent (mother or father) of the child dies before the corona period and the other parent (parent) dies during the corona period, regardless of the income limit.  The assistance to be received department wise will be as under.

 (A) Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (1) Assistance of Rs. 5,000 / - per child per month (Rs.  This assistance will be available from the month in which the child is orphaned.  (3) Even after completing 18 years of age, the child who is continuing his / her studies will be entitled to the benefit of After Care Scheme of the State Government till the age of 21 years without any income limit.


  (3) Even after completing 21 years, the young man / women who have continued the valid study, they will be given benefit under the after care scheme till the completion of the study or at the age of 5 years, whichever is earlier.  (3) For the aforesaid Issue No.- (2) and (3) only certificate, diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate level courses of any stream will be considered.

 In addition, Skill Development Training provided by government approved standards will also be considered eligible.  (2) The destitute children will be admitted for education in the Central / State Government run Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya (for girls, residential schools, Samaras Hostels / Government Hostels, which give priority to the process as per the rules of that department.)  The married girls will be able to avail the benefits of Kunwarbai's Mameru scheme for their marriage without any income limit.  ) Social justice to children and


Introduction: The Kovid-12 epidemic has spread in the country since March 2020.  Both mothers and fathers of many children in the state have died during this period of the Corona epidemic.  The issue of providing financial assistance and other types of schemes to orphaned children on the basis of priority was under active consideration of the Government. 


 At the end of adequate consideration, it is decided to implement the following scheme to help such orphaned children during the period of Kovid-12 epidemic.  Resolution: To implement a new scheme covering various sections called "Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana" to provide training, loans and assistance for the upbringing, education, health and self-employment of orphaned children as per the following eligibility during the Covid-12 epidemic period subject to the following conditions.

It is hereby resolved that (a) Children in the age group of 6 to 18 years whose parents have died during the Corona period will be entitled to the benefit of this scheme irrespective of the income limit.  (B) Adoptive parents of a child whose parents have died before the corona period, but also a re-orphaned child who has died during the corona period, will also be entitled to the benefit of this scheme irrespective of income.  


  If one of the parents (mother or father) of the child dies before the corona period and the other parent (parent) dies during the corona period then the child in the case will also be entitled to the benefit of this scheme regardless of income limit.  Will be according to.  The Department of Social Justice and Empowerment will be eligible for assistance of Rs. 5,000 / - per child per month (Rs. 4,000 per issue), till the child completes 12 years.  The child will be eligible for the month in which the orphan is born.  Benefit of State Government's Ter Care Scheme for a child who is continuing his studies even after completing 18 years is available up to the age of 21 years without any income limit - even after completing 21 years of age.
